Refer & earn
Invite others, earn 10%
Share your invite link. For every customer who signs up through it, you earn 10% of what they pay Nextify during their first 12 months, paid out monthly to your bank account or debit card through Stripe, or as credit on your own Nextify bill.
How it works
- Share your link. Every account has one in the customer portal, under Account → Refer & earn, with a short code you can also hand out.
- They sign up. The link is remembered for 30 days, so they can look around first. Someone who already signed up can enter your code in the portal within 30 days of sign-up, before their first paid invoice.
- You earn on what they pay. 10% of each invoice they pay in their first 12 months: the amount actually paid, after refunds. Account credits are not paid money, so they earn nothing.
- You get paid. Each commission is held 30 days, then becomes available. On the 1st of each month, everything available is paid out once it reaches $25; a smaller amount rolls over to the next month.
Paid to your bank or card
Connect a bank account or debit card through Stripe. Stripe confirms your identity and handles US tax forms; Nextify never sees your bank details. Stripe then pays the transfer out on its usual schedule.
Or as account credit
Prefer to spend it on Nextify? Choose credit and each payout comes off your next Nextify invoice instead. You can switch between the two at any time in the portal.
See every cent
The portal lists who signed up through you (initials only), every commission with its status and the date it becomes available, and every payout.
The fine print
- Your own code does not count, and an account can be referred only once. Its referral never changes afterwards.
- A commission is rejected when the invited account pays with the same card as yours.
- After a refund the commission is 10% of what is left; a fully refunded or disputed invoice earns nothing. If that happens after the commission was paid out, the amount is taken from your next payouts.
- Commissions are earned on invoices created in the invited account's first 12 months after its sign-up.
- Payouts run monthly, on the 1st (UTC).
- You agree to the Referral Program Terms before your first payout; they are the full rules of the program.
