This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Nextify's services, including your users and anyone who uses resources in your account. It exists to protect our customers, our network and the public. "You" includes everyone acting through your account.

  • is malware, ransomware, a botnet or command-and-control infrastructure, or phishing;
  • defrauds people, including fake shops, scams and impersonation; or
  • threatens, harasses or incites violence against people.

2. Network abuse

You may not:

3. Email and messaging

You may not send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or messages that break anti-spam laws such as the US CAN-SPAM Act. Commercial email you send must identify you and honor unsubscribe requests. We may limit outbound email traffic to protect our IP addresses.

4. Security testing

You may test the security of your own resources. You may not test our platform, other customers' resources or third-party systems without written permission. If you find a vulnerability in Nextify, report it to us through the Contact page and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

5. Fair use of shared resources

You may not use the services in a way that harms the platform or other customers, for example by deliberately degrading shared hardware, getting around usage limits or billing, or creating accounts to avoid limits or suspensions. Cryptocurrency mining is not allowed without our prior written approval.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse coming from a Nextify IP address or resource, use the Contact page or email support@nextifynow.com with the IP address, the time (with time zone) and evidence such as log lines or message headers. You must answer abuse reports we forward to you promptly.

7. Enforcement

If we believe this Policy has been broken, we may investigate, remove content, block traffic, suspend or stop resources, or suspend or close the account, as described in the Terms of Service. We act in proportion to the harm and, where we reasonably can, tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities and cooperate with them. We may change this Policy as the Terms of Service describe.
